Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Shape Labs (operator of LanderMixer) collects and processes personal data when you use the Service. Plain-language version: we only collect what we need to run the product, we never train AI models on your data, and you can reach us at any time.

1. Information we collect

From you (the operator using LanderMixer)

• Account contact info — name, work email, company, role.
• Offer information you input — your product description, brand assets, CTA URL, custom-domain settings.
• Prospect inputs you submit — LinkedIn URLs and any optional notes.
• Strategy-call scheduling and discussion notes.

About prospects (the people you generate pages for)

• The LinkedIn URL you provide.
• Information our AI agent retrieves from public sources for that URL — name, role, company, public posts, etc.
• Anonymous engagement data when a prospect visits their personalized page (opens, time on page, CTA clicks, country, device — see §4).

About visitors to LanderMixer's own site

• Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention.
• Aggregate page analytics from Vercel Web Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

2. How we use it

• Operate the Service — generate, host, and serve personalized landing pages on your behalf.
• Send transactional emails about your account.
• Communicate with you about your strategy call, onboarding, or active projects.
• Improve product reliability via aggregated, non-identifying usage data.

We do not use the data you submit, or the data we collect about prospects, to train AI models. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. AI processing

LanderMixer uses Anthropic's Claude models to research prospects and rewrite page copy. Data sent to Anthropic is governed by Anthropic's commercial terms — under those terms, prompts and outputs are notused to train Anthropic's models. See Anthropic's Commercial Terms for the current details.

4. Tracking on personalized pages

Personalized landing pages can include lightweight, on-page analytics (opens, unique sessions, time on page, country, device, and optional rrweb session recordings). When recordings are enabled, all form inputs are masked by default. We don't set cross-site cookies and we don't store IP addresses against individual sessions.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service:

• Vercel — hosting + analytics for the marketing site and the publisher.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• DigitalOcean — API hosting.
• Anthropic — AI inference (Claude). See §3.
• Cal.com — strategy-call scheduling.

Each acts as a data processor under our instructions. We require all of them to maintain commercially reasonable security and to honor data-protection law. We may also disclose data when legally compelled.

6. Data retention

We retain account, project, and prospect data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. On request, we delete account data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Analytics data and server logs are retained for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (notably under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@shape-labs.comto exercise any of these rights — we'll respond within statutory timeframes.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data — encryption in transit, scoped access, audit logs on infrastructure providers, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is 100% secure; we'll notify affected parties promptly in the event of a material breach.

9. Children

LanderMixer is a B2B product and not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers operate globally; data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other legally-recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Changes to this Policy

We'll update this Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts before they take effect.
